NUMA: from an idea to an international product

An emotional intelligence app that uses AI-assisted voice and text analysis to help people understand what they feel.

The longer version

I own the full product lifecycle: product decisions, Flutter architecture, Node.js services, PostgreSQL, subscriptions, localization and production operations.

NUMA is available across multiple markets and turns an intimate product idea into a dependable, privacy-conscious mobile experience.

What I worked on

  • Designed the product architecture across the Flutter and Dart client, Node.js services and PostgreSQL data layer.
  • Integrated AI-assisted voice and text analysis into the core emotional reflection experience.
  • Implemented RevenueCat subscriptions and localized the product for seven languages.
  • Owned the full lifecycle from product decisions and implementation through App Store release and production operations.
